We don’t have negotiated room blocks, but we recommend booking early as Newport Beach fills up quickly, especially on weekends.

What about transportation and parking?
Due to the exclusive Lido Isle location, parking is extremely limited. We strongly recommend staying at one of our recommended hotels and using Uber/Lyft to the venue rather than renting a car. The ride from any recommended hotel is under 10 minutes and ensures you won’t miss valuable networking time searching for parking.
